Our Story
Road Doctors LLC runs four generations deep. Our family's history in road construction and maintenance stretches back to the era of ox-driven road graders — we have photographs of a great-grandfather building roads the hard way, with nothing but horsepower and determination. That heritage is not just a story we tell; it is the foundation every crew member stands on when they show up to a job site.
Road Doctors LLC was built on a simple premise: rural Texas bridges deserve the same quality of care as any major urban infrastructure. Too many county roads and farm-to-market routes cross bridges that go years without proper maintenance — and when those structures fail, entire communities can be cut off.
Starting with a single crew and a commitment to doing the work right, we grew by earning the trust of county commissioners, TxDOT district engineers, and state agency officials one project at a time. Today, Road Doctors LLC holds active TxDOT contracts across multiple districts and has maintained structures in more than 100 Texas counties.
We are based in Valley Mills, Texas — right in the middle of the state — which gives us rapid mobilization capability to any corner of Texas. Whether it is a remote ranch road culvert or a major county bridge rehabilitation, we show up ready to work.
